Cinnamon-Spiced Baked Apples

Perfect for a healthy snack or a topping to yogurt or oatmeal, these Cinnamon-Spiced Baked Apples come together for a quick fall treat!


The Ingredients

  • 3 Apples of choice (my preference is Honeycrip)

  • 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

  • Parchment paper

The Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Cut apples into even slices

  3. Toss all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  4. Once evenly covered, lay evenly on a baking sheet over parchment paper

  5. Bake for 20 minutes (or until texture is soft to your preference)
