Hi, I’m Jasmine (Jas for short)!

I’m a wellness enthusiast on a mission to help busy people bridge the gap between wanting a healthy life and actually living one—no matter where life takes them.

Ten years ago, I thought I had it all figured out. I worked out almost every day, avoided red meat and pork, and tried to limit artificial sugar. When dining out, I’d order from the “Skinny” menu, believing low calories meant healthy eating. But despite all these efforts, I struggled—with stomach pains, migraines, and allergies cropping up one by one: lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, and eventually a severe shellfish allergy.

This forced me to stop, step back, and completely redefine what wellness meant for me. Under guidance from my gastroenterologist, I tried the FODMAP diet, cutting out foods systematically to understand what triggered my body. Months later, I realized it wasn’t just one culprit—it was a combination of habits: an overly acidic diet, excess chicken, frequent takeout, drinking, processed foods, late-night snacking, and more. I had been following a version of “healthy living” that wasn’t truly aligned with my body’s needs.

Since then, I’ve rediscovered what real wellness looks like: nourishing food, balanced routines, and strategies that adapt to life on the go. And now, I help others do the same.

Life is busy, and it’s easy to let health slip down the priority list—until your body forces a change. That’s where I come in.

I guide you in retreating from habits that don’t serve you, and help you proactively make space for your health before life throws curveballs. Whether it’s planning travel-friendly meals, staying motivated at the gym, or tackling mental blocks that hold you back, I provide practical tips and strategies so you can thrive—wherever life takes you.

Let’s work together to step out of the routine and build the healthy, balanced lifestyle you deserve.

Xo,

Jas
